I guess I am biased towards the scale look.

I love the scale look. That's the whole reason I got a second body to trim up for the 2.2s.

If I want to go scale I just swap the wheels/tires and throw the other body on.

Looks just like a stock Honcho - I haven't touched it yet.

If you haven't seen one, here is a photo directly from Axial...

By the way, if those of you who are interested in the SCX10 have not checked out RCCrawler Forums - you need to.

Here is a link to the SCX10 Picture Thread - I would recommend cutting up your credit cards before reading. Start at the last page and work your way back...

I am determined to build something like this one day. By far the sickest scale Yota I have ever seen.

Thanks dude! Can't wait to see how it does this weekend!

    See below.

In all seriousness, any hobby shop will have them (whether they are in stock or not, I don't know) but I always get this kind of stuff on the web because of all the coupons and stuff you can get.

I bought mine of RCTech but I had electronics and parts for it already. I would recommend the cheapest place found on google. Then upgrade parts as you break them.

an RTR will come with everything except batteries and charger. Kits come without electronics and need to be assembled.

Same here. Better to drive it and break shit first so you know what is likely to give out on you later.

If you want to plan for things after doing your research, that's one thing. Example being the MIP driveshafts I have waiting to go in as soon as I twist the stockers.

I miss my RC trucks. I sold em a few years back. I had a Stampede that went 45 MPH and a Wheely King I turned into a rock crawler.
