Maybe I am just lucky, but I have had my TC kit since 07 and about 60k miles. I have never lubed my uniballs and have no squeaks. Or maybe you just have to drive faster so there isnt time for the dirt to settle on your truck.

I think that lubing them is the issue. The only reason I lube them is because I spray water in them pretty hard when I wash it. I only use a tiny bit and I wipe off any excess. More just to keep them from surface rusting or anything. After a year my can still feels completely full

Its to hot here water will evaporate way before you would get surface rust on a ss uniball.

Just ruffling your feathers 65 is plenty fast.

I still dont think water would hang out long enough to rust even in the winter. Hell half the time our winters are a tad cooler the most people summers

Oh I agree with you. I think even the minor lubing Ive done did more harm than good. Ever seen a race truck with shit sprayed on the uniballs?

Yeah but my point is if they could prolong uniball life by lubing and get a benefit of making it quiet they would. The uniball should last longer if you let it self lubricate like its supposed to

There was a bunch of posts about it.

Also, maybe not this time but sometimes you have to kinda scoure the forums in order to see all the runs because they don't alway post them as new threads. Sometimes they are lost in the BS thread or threads that are actually called a different date because the date changed or they never went.
