    Just seems like once you get a bunch of wires running to that distro panel life will be difficult when you need to move that thing around.

    really it's no trouble at all. you just flip the whole thing towards the battery. How often do you need to get in there? I have opened mine once to do the fog light anytime mod in two years. I saw another on TW do it in this spot, I assumed he mounted to the box cover. I think it's pretty slick.
