Ugliest Color for 2nd Gens

Thats right, I'm not even listed on your poll, cuz rad red is the most badass color!

 

I hate bright red...............but that really does look badass

 

i like all the colors, except iron oxide.

 

Back in the mid-70's I bought a blue-turquoise Hilux.

 

saw this brand new 2012 4x4 today and thought of this thread.

Also my new super white next to a guy I know and his work truck. We were out target shooting. I agree white looks like a work/commercial color. Its professional.

 

Silver

 

I really like white on the sports, not as much with chrome. Sometimes wish I went with that and then gone for the red/black accents like I do now, but I do love my commoner silver!

 

I like my silver, but that super white TRD Sport is NICE!

 

-1 for that yellow, looks like a short bus had babies. I like the old man tan, good base color for a desert cammo theme. Not a huge fan of blue or red, but it can look good on some trucks. Silver looks great, that's why you see it on every other Taco out here, can't go wrong with silver.

 

is that yellow tacoma a decommissioned life-guard truck?

 

Poll pretty much a mirror image of production numbers for Tacomas...although super white is mysteriously missing, which although quite popular, I've personally never liked as vehicle color.

Of the newer colors not listed, I'm personally not a big fan of the new green Tacoma, but I don't know if I'd go as far as to call it "ugly". Hey, I'm glad not everyone shares the same tastes I do...because then everyone on the road would have the same car!

 

Needs to be just a little darker, but it definitely isn't ugly by any means.

I think it's the only color that looks good with the chrome. I'm not a fan of the darker blues.

 

not true mine is a sport , plus i think the fugliest color is Silver.

Neither am I really and it seems most on TW hate chrome. But there's not really much on the truck. Just the bumper and the grill surround. I really don't understand why they must make the bumper chrome. Why not the same color as the rest of the truck?

 

But you also put "all" which implies every truck.

 

I kind of think it makes the truck "pop" a little more... I don't particularly like the color matched grill surround and bumper, except on the white Taco's. I plan on my next (already looking ahead, even though my Taco is a 2012... haha!) Tacoma being a TRD O/R, but even if I was just planning on getting another Tacoma without concern for package options, I wouldn't get the TRD Sport specifically because of the color matching and skewp hood.
