Few questions....If i get the weld on, can those just be grinded off later if I decide to sell my truck? And then be reused? How does that work? Next, If I get the sleeve ones, do I just drill holes in the frame for the bolts? Or do those bolts sit on top of the frame so the frame goes untouched?

    Thanks in advance.
Wait, one more stupid question. The price is for a pair right? Left and right side?

price is a pair yes... if you weld on you can cut them off and put them on a different truck with new plates and gussets... the bolts go over the top and pinch the frame...

Cool. What would the frame look like after you cut them off? Just shiny grinded down where the weld was?

    A thing or two...
This is very tempting. What would shipping to 87801 run? I got ~$120 on the UPS site which doesn't seem right since you've been quoting $80 for coast-to-coast shipping.

edit: oh yeah....I would be getting the 82 inchers, possibly w/ kickouts.

Could I get a shipping quote on sliders for a 99 Xtra Cab to zip 99163?

Also anyone have a picture of how the sliders look on a 1st gen?

And how do the weld-on sliders go on? Is there a mounting plate to weld on or do you have to weld the round pipe to the frame?

Go back and read some previous posts. He can't paint them because they get too scratched in shipment and powdercoating is too expensive

Man I'm glad I read this, revenge-fab's the place that's in my neck of the woods so I could just take a nice little drive and get fixed up. Lost the contact info, but now I have it written down!

Wish I could jump on this, but
    1. I just moved, and the associated costs for that are kicking me in the butt. Every aspect of my life just went up in price, except for monthly gas budget. Get this, I'm driving 8 miles less to work (one way), but my insurance went UP.
    2. The weather finally got nice. Need to get my sound deadener and finally finish my audio project
    3. State just took more out of me. Apparently I don't pay enough in taxes already. :(

Sigh, maybe towards the end of the year... gives me an extra reason to go to Oktoberfest? :p

its easier for you to prime and paint them when they show up so ups doesn't scratch the crap out of them on the way to you...

Can I get in on this? Credit Card okay?

I need a set with kickouts for my 06 DC SB

Also, Anyone near me want them powder coated black? I am going to powder coat them before hand, grind off the areas I'll be welding, and MIG weld them to the frame- and do spray touch up underneath afterwards....

I'll poke around and see how I need to pay... thanks!
