Yes - that is a lot.

I'm not sure I did my math right on this but last month the girlfriend and I used 787 KWH over 32 days...so that's around 1.02kW per hour I believe. I think that means that the generators at Peak 10 could power my house, at our current usage, for around 286 days? No...that can't be right...

If I had a Tacoma still I'd be more tempted. :p

Currently my girlfriends 2002 Mazda Protege.

It will be dead in a year or two. We'll either get a Camry or 4Runner depending on what we need at the time.

There are two vehicles in this world I dream of...they are not Ferraris, not Lambos...they are a Tundra Crew Max TRD 5.7L and a Trail Edition 5th Gen 4Runner. That's what dreams are made of. Well, with a little Olivia Wilde and Andie Valentino mixed in. :D

I prefer the Crew Max hands down. I just don't like the look of the Double Cabs.

Funny you mention a Honda Pilot - my mom just got a new one. She had a 2003 before it with like 70,000mi and after driving up and down a dirt road, going 40-50mph at least twice a day it was ready for a new home.

I think the current body style is ugly as sin - at least the front. The back is ok but the front just looks like whatever it used to be was run into a brick wall and it never returned back to the shape they wanted it to be. She loves hers though...

    Big time.

I bet once he drives them both he will be drawn to either the F-150 (which are surprisingly nice, by the way) or the Tundy - I'm hoping for the latter.

When I sold Toyotas for a while I would always hover over at the Tundra lot. It was my spot. I think I sold 92% Tundras and Tacomas - the rest was evenly distributed between the other models.

Well we drive over to the property to get the generator. No damage over there. Only one small tree down. There was a tree down on highway 200 with a bunch of cops at it and a chainsaw. And we did see a power line sparking. Still no power at the house. My dogs are shitting bricks haha

Not that this is relevant whatsoever but my favorite is when the dog farts., sits there for a second and then gets up and trots away trying to get away from it. :D

    Beer? What'd you say?

That's a classic. Apparently I farted myself awake the other day but was too tired to evacuate. I wasn't even quite aware of the whole situation until about 10 minutes after I woke up and my girlfriend explained it to me.

I still can't believe she puts up with me.

The 5.7 would probably get better gas mileage while towing. When I was driving my brothers limited crew max I got 12/14.5 and I was on it non stop. The 14.5 was while doing about 90

That's pretty impressive. Yet another reason I dream of them.

My brother had EcoBoost on his Exploder - seemed great in the city but I can see where it'd be an issue with any kind of load.

    Get some sleep dude!

I usually give them a big fat 16 gauge or 14...but the dude would barely let me take his vitals or check his blood glucose.

he was too uncooperative...would have been dangerous to try and stick him. So I just told him to shut up and enjoy the ride to the hospital. The dude was giving me shit for giving him a chemical cold pack for a bump on his head instead of real ice...like I have ice in an ambulance??? So I took it back and threw it away...lol.

At the ER he was trying to walk out of his room to take a piss, and started to take his junk out in his room to piss on the floor so I grabbed the poor nurse and got out of there....lol. Luckily two OPD officers were walking by the door so they got him to cooperate. ;)

sweet jesus, is a 16 or 14 gauge needle the same size as 16 and 14 gauge wire? 14 would be a sizeable needle

    Probably Similar...

Just checked...a 14g needle had an ID of 2.2mm

It looks larger than that though.

So I would say that a 14g wire is larger than a 14g needle.

    Still pretty large nonetheless :D

I tried to take a picture of one, but it kept coming out too blurry.
