    And not get shot.

By the way, stripped out a second ring gear yesterday (almost 24,000 miles! Almost!). I'm starting to see why you gave this game up. This is gonna cost me.

that helps to avoid the reality of having to be in durham, yes.

but seriously white toy, im not really sure. it is known for its crime, childrens hospital, tobacco history, and the Bulls lol. there are some good parts of durham for sure, i just rarely end up there. username Gtechoma lives out there and is a real straight dude. he pipes in here some and could probably tell you a few things.

yup! I found the only way it's remotely affordable to continue to go on harder and harder trails and not be bored is to buy a cheap ass dedicated trail rig that parts are cheaper for and you can let sit if it gets broke until you have some spare cash

that's me and my brothers plan here soon. waiting on the bidding to start on my fire departments recently decommissioned brush truck. 80's model chevy with a 454 and solid front axle. strip it down and build a roll cage. want to race it in class A, ECORS races one day, so we'll see.

Nope. Pulled the shrapnel and took it home in FWD 4hi. Puttered along at 55mph with my hazard blinkers on on I-85 and pissed off about half the state.

I'll be calling ECGS tomorrow. This being the second stock Toyota diff I've blown, I'm obviously done with them. If the Nitro gears choke, the next step is ripping that e-locker housing out and looking at an 8.4 ARB setup.

Once I get this truck paid off the plan is to find something already built at around $5k and trailer it. I pretty much did the math and figured out if I wanted to wheel harder than I do now, I'm gonna need a SFA, and if I do that I'm gonna start getting on shit that could roll me, and I'm NOT rolling a truck I bought new with so much life left in it.

It looks boss like it is now, with just enough scratches and dents for anyone looking to know it's an honest truck and not a street queen. I plan to get it geared, take care of a few misc accessories (OBA, Winch) and then it'll basically be finalized. At that point it'll see a lot less frequent action at about the same level of difficulty it does now.

Eh, play the game, pay the price.
