Did you take the red pill? Those grips look straight out of the matrix. Very unique man, I like em.

Picked up a LCP for the wife. Great little gun. Think I might pick one up for myself really been leaning towards the glock 26 or27 though. Now that I've held and used the LCP I'm affraid Im spoiled by the size of the LCP how do the two compair? Anyone carry the glock 26 or 27?

i come from a glock family but my dad also has the lcp. horribly long trigger. about the only thing it is good for is a pocket gun, dont plan on shooting it for sport any.it is pretty small though. also fwiw ruger had a recall on them because if dropped they were firing..
i would much rather have a glock 27 or 29 than a lcr.

No doubt the glock is a better gun than the lcp. I just worry about actual carry. LCP is a real deal pocket pistol that is super easy to carry. The trigger pull is VERY long and kinda hard. Once you get use to it its still a very accurate 10-15' gun. And when the time come down to actually having to use it in a life or death struggle you will not even notice the long pull.

I'm really leaning towards the glock. I guess I really need to hold one to tell.

true. the lcp is a neat lil gun to carry in your pocket. my dad carries his in his front pocket, my brother carries a small keltec in his front pocket. i personally couldnt carry one in my pocket, i carry on my side or on my back with a iwb holster. the small glocks feel awesome to me, while the lcp feels like a toy. may be cause i have big hands i dunno:confused:

my next carry gun is gonna be a lcr in 357, probably within the next few weeks.

Seeing the third gen section forced me to get a Ford...
I think the tcp is better than the LCP. Essentially the same gun, but the slide will lock back when the mag is empty. The early tcp's had trigger issue that's been fixed. If you short stroked the trigger (no homo), it wouldn't fire a shot after until you hit the slide.

No complains on the lcp for me, with my laserlyte i had a 4" grouping at 12 yards. You have to be constant and steady on the trigger pull

    Thanks a bunch... lol

I just pulled the trigger on it and got a set for $85. It matches my RSA, and now I have no clue where I put my convertible 1-2-3pt sling. Then just gotta get some railguards in OD and FG and make a nice camo pattern. This is what we did today with BB guns. Mini Range set up, Tri tip, burger bites, kabobs, you name it. I love having a small caliber bullet box
