I joined the gym in march. It's in the same building I work in. Been going 3-5 days a week and changed my diet up. Usually go during my lunch break so I don't really loose any time.
Be sure to eat a lot of protein and drink some whey protein right after you work out.
It makes you feel a lot better and of you work at it results can be seen in about 5-6 weeks.

The best part is that it's only $20 a month and my work reimburses me if I go 8 times a month.

Its a "historical" show on the history channel. Lots of guns and blood. It should be good.

The rear shocks are great. To be honest. I don't notice a ride difference (in terms of comfort) from the stock ride. Seems the same to me. The turning/roll is a little more than stock without the sway bar but it's nothing extreme. It seems to roll to a point and then just quit. Haven't taken anything at speed yet.
I know. We all looked at it with blank stares thinking, "Now what?"

Sorry to blow your cover, Adam.

As for the Hatfields & McCoys it was an interesting show. It did go into more depth than I expected.

It is a mini-series on the History channel about the feud between the Hatfields and McCoys. So far it was pretty well done with acting and such.
