I called and verified if it was a "T" or "P" and he said it was a "T" as in Toyota.

    strange

that list i posted earlier is a pretty complete list of OBDII error codes with the bottom ones being Toyota specific...which also still start with P

i hope someone else can help because im at a loss

every which way i tried googling either brought me back garbage or trucks which had T1094 as the stock number at a dealership

personal opinion is that he misread the code somehow

I just went to Pep Boys, they ran the code and it is T1094. Is this the right code? I did verify if it was a "T" or "P". Thanks

I never heard of a "T" for a code.....They did it wrong. What issue are you having?

    I have a 2005 Tacoma w/ TRD SuperCharge OBD-2 code is p0138 and p0157
Prior to that I had p0156 Changed O2 sensors and cleared the codes.
After O2 sensors had been replaced new codes p0138 and p0157 came up, I changed the MAF Sensor prosseding w/ clearing of codes.
It seamed all was good but instead of coming on after driving 80 mile it delaid to 140 miles.
Next was air filter which I found to be a 1/4 inch thick in dust. Having cleared the codes and after cleaning air filter I used an additive to clean the injector and intake manifold. Drove for 180 mile no codes no problem but latter got p0158 I tried the same prossedure over and now get the current OBD-2 codes p0138 and p0157.
I'm not finding any fuel leaks, one thing that has me in dought is the fuel pressure regulator one end of the vacume hose had come off and burned / melted on the exhaust manifold, that was my first fix I made prior to the O2 sensors.
    Any Help Thank You.

Chipmunks chewing through the knock sensor wire harness will throw a CEL and mess up the auto tranny so it doesn't shift into overdrive. Not a cheap fix either. Ask me how I know?
