You can even do custom turn motors. He will pretty much do anything you want.

Now I have to read on what turn would be best.

    What motor do you have?

And less speed. My 45t in my wraith is pretty slow, but love the torque on the rocks. My jeep has a 35t, I got a video on here somewhere at full throttle in the grass. Give me a second and I will repost.

The 45t is almost twice as slow as the 35t

He was also telling me that the less turns you have the more likely to wear the motor out, not because of the quality of the motor, but the way people use them.

He told me he rarely rebuilds motors that are over 25turn.

Brush less motors are inherently waterproof yes
The ESCs are not...but the motor runs fine. Obviously you don't want constantly do it without taking care of the bearings
I'll find a video for proof

I believe you - I just didn't know. I was always under the impression that they were advertised as not being waterproof.

The only reason they aren't sold as waterproof is because of bearings.....that's all. Computer fans are brush less as well and many people have built mineral oil computers and the fans are still running after years.

That's pretty much the extent of my knowledge, yes. :p

    Interesting.

Not yet - I need to hold off for a bit. No impulse buys for me unless it's under $25. That's always been my rule. :D

I'm leaning towards a 35t after reading up a little bit on RCC.

It is the frx pro for brushed motors. I will let you know as soon as I make up my mined.

I also thinking about picking up the axial ridge crest. Not sure yet though.

My bad, I forgot it was brushed ESC, I got a couple of those, I'm looking for a cheap brushless ESC.

Just looked at it again. There is a bullet connector on the motor that came unsoldered. If I can find a fucking soldering iron I should be back to breaking shit in no time!
