Damn, I love getting that kinda stuff in the mail! Skids were my initial thought but the one box looked kinda to big for that and the other looked too small. lol Sorry, i'm just used to looking at my ATO transmission skid plate.

You'll be much happier having armor on the truck when wheelin. So much so, you probably won't mind bouncing/scrapping/sliding off the rocks now. ;)

Used it as a Shooting range in my driveway. Entune even links my police scanner app and plays through the radio. Pretty awesome

Didn't do it today, but the latest thing I did was the BHLM. That completes the blacking out of the body-have already done the badges, grill surround, rear bumper, and tinted the tails. Now I just need to get around to paiting my rims.

Pioneer Double Din with BT, iPod, etc. Boston Acoustic components in all 4 doors with a Sony amp, powered 8" sub. Ultra gauge, Tom Tom...
Added a Reese brake controller. It's over the E-brake handle. I can slide it in when, not in use, so I don't drag my knuckles on it when using the E-brake. Then when towing my camper, it slides out for easy reading of the display.

    I know this sounds weird....

I drove mine last night. I haven't been able to drive for over a month due to being hit by a car while I was at work that long ago (police). TBI is the issue healing, but last night I was able to actually turn the key, drive the Taco!! :)

So far I've added an Advance folding bed cover and since removed it. Gave it to my son in Maine, he has an 05 2wd. GT perfect fit seat covers. Weathertech floor mats and window vent visors. Waag center brush/grill guard. Hose clamp tailgate mod. Turned off the seat belt chime. Added Ultra-Gauge. Trailer hitch. Softopper. Replaced sun visors with slide out style. Toyota bed extender. Had Firestone Destinations and now Michelin LTX AT2 in stock size. More mods to come; Fog lights, locking storage in bed, intermittent wipers. Now looking for Radio/HU upgrade. and maybe a lift way down the road.
Gald you're getting better. I'd be anxious to drive mine if I was laid out for a while too.

Finally installed my PIAA 510 Super Whites (I MGMd the white 'PIAA' lettering first, kind of hard to tell in the pics) and then went exploring.

Sorry for kinda going outside of the main thread topic, but thank you all for the nice replies. I can't wait to get some things done with the truck.
