It is hard to fit a spanner wrench in there. I assume you are adjusting the coilovers on your truck. The easiest way I have found is to jack up the truck to take the weight off the susp and use a punch that fits into the hole with as little slop as possible and use it to adjust.

This. I use an allen wrench that fits tight. You can use the long or short end so you have a few ways to get to the collars

Sooooo does anyone know how to fix the stock 6 disc changer? or know if it is falls under warranty?

Mine will only load and play 2 cd's. Doesn't even try for the other 4 discs. :notsure:

Any thoughts/comments? I don't have the cash to spring for a new deck right meow.

It won't be worth fixing. Just upgrade it. It MAY fall under warranty but I wouldn't count on it.

Well thanks for the heads up. 1/4" extension with an adaptor to 1/2" with a few extensions makes the job very easy. I had some stupid camber so I adjusted the coilovers to get back to similar ride height after the springs got beaten in. My caster was all sorts of F*ed up from the accident, good thing that my cams were marked from when I aligned it at work. Got the cams back to the same spot on the passenger side (shit that got hit). I dont have rotary tables for toe set or anything but I did measure real quick and toe set seems *ok for now until I get time to take it in.

Overall great night for slowly getting the truck fixed. It was a rough 120 miles drive today to work and back with that beat up truck lol

Think you've got to take them off the truck and use a spring compressor?????

I've heard of other members having a hard time with them on the truck but they could just be weenies!

Anyone know where Sunflower Mine is? I just saw a YouTube video of some jeeps take a trail there, and it looked pretty badass.

Nice. I have never changed on a Taco, but my old race prepped Civic, I could replace them in 20-30 minutes in the pits. I had to do it so often, it just got easy. I got to were I could do clutches pretty quick too.

Heres the vid of Sunflower Mine: Warning! It's pretty shaky due to a kid holding the camera...and vid contains jeeps...

Honestly I was expecting something more. They were all worried going through the crack but I didn't see any of them anywhere close to not being able to make it or in any danger of rolling. I hope there is more to that trail than just that, I can find harder stuff local to Tucson than what was in that video.

this video is a poor representation of Sunflower Mine. its auctually not even on the main trail but a side loop that extends the trail an extra few miles. The main trail is rocky, with a pretty extensive rock garden and some pretty good obstacles with a side road that will take you to an abandoned mercury processing plant (probably gone now) and a few old mine shafts.

    a little better video:
