Need help opening a pdf

I dont even know what it is. Here is the link and the page wont open for me. Can anyone help me out?

Open just fine for me, do you have a adobe reader installed on your computer?

 

Acrobat reader 5.0.

All I get is a done message at the bottom of the page but nothing loads.

 

may or may not fix the problem but I would update to adobe reader 9

I user firefox. So I tried to open it with explorer and it worked. I guess I need to find out how to allw firefox to read pdf.

There should be a plug-in for FF. I tried opening it in FF and got a message error also.

The latest version of Adobe tries to install about 20 MB of crap along with the reader.

Grab the older version here and don't take the one they are trying to default on you, grab the 8.1.3 right below it
