Old truck gone, new truck later this year.
    Hi Guys,
I'm putting my Tacoma on the market. Basically, I'm sacrificing my truck for an engagement ring. So if you know of anyone looking please message me. Extremely clean and never been off road black 2006 access cab 4x4 V6 everything manual 26,000 miles. Pictures to come and I'm located in Boston.

Do you have a write up?

Rustoleum primer and flat black spray paint. MY stuff need to be touched up now.

You should have put the halos in then BHLM the stockers then sell the halos.

Well they werent the ccfl ones. I thought they were when I brought them but nope. I didnt want to tap into the parking lights for the halos too so thats why I sold them. The ccfls ones are all plug and play so I might just get them. Idk yet. Been trying to find a stock black set first but no luck.

tapping into the parking lights is wicked easy with scotch locks. the just clip down on the wire and create a little slit to get power.

I didnt know that. Im also a neat freak and like keeping things factory looking so all those wires and stuff for the leds and halos would have made me go crazy lol. I think Im gonna buy some ccfl headlights later today on ebay and see how that goes.

The FJ shocks and springs are a direct drop in with the 4Runners, which is sweeeeettt! But the FJ has a stiffer spring, and the spring also adds about 3/4" of lift.

I've notice the front with the FJ coils handles nice and firmly, very solid! Where as the rear with the stock 4Runner springs is very soft and squishy. I have like zero roll up front and I have noticeable roll in the rear. I need to get the rears soon!

If those are like the vampire clips I would advise against them. Eventually, water and crud works it's way into that kind of slice and corrodes the wire. The wiring from my trailer was all shot to hell because the previous owner used them to add marker lights. A quick cut, solder and heat shrink is the way to go.

Instead of bedliner, use Rustoleum Undercoating. I used that on my bumpers and it is bulletproof. I hit them with wrenches and shit and no chips yet!
