    It should be light enough for the pickup and it's only 40 miles. If you have the transmission cooler then it shouldn't be a problem what so ever. If you don't it's only 40 miles, I still doubt it will be a problem. If you are worried you could let it rest at the top of the hills to cool the tranny.

    Ben, looks like you didnt fully remove the TB. I fully removed mine and fully cleaned both sides and into the mainfold where it was even dirtier. I would suggest taking it completely off and doing a full clean if you havent.

    I found the idle and start up to be the most noticeable improvement.

    Maybe I should check out the throttle body on my hyundai after it's little episode. Hasn't had another one yet, but I have noticed that 1 out of every 3 or 4 starts it takes a little bit longer than usual to start and it sputters a little for about a sec before it goes to a nice idle.

    I just disconnected the vacuum hoses, removed the 4 bolts that hold it on, and pulled the throttle cable off the adjuster mount. there was enough slack in the cable to get it off the bolts. I didnt get it completely off but enough to clean it thoroughly

    lol maybe like 10 years ago.

    KM2s are known for 45k min. they last a long time. the KM1s would do 60k..

    however..i have no argument for the MPG :p lol

    i think i might end up with ATs for my 35s..just cheaper..
