Hey douchebag those dogs are aggressive more than any other breed. It is in their nature and it is also the owners fault for how the dogs are raised and handled. Even the design of their jaws are for biting and inflicting maximum damage. I know first hand how these dogs bite and how agresaive try can be. Fuck you

it shouldn't even be a law, my 10 yr old niece had her arm ripped open by a bernese mountain dog a few weeks ago, her tendons are torn to shit, she had surgery and is going to have a massive scar. it's not the dogs, it's the way they are trained/not trained.

she stopped by to pet this dog every day on her way home from school for a year with no issues, then all of the sudden it attacked. those dogs are apparently such nice dogs, but goes to show any dog can be a bad dog.

Well that's fine but they had a real problem with people raising them to fight and 99% of all the pitbull owners around there were a bunch of thugs. Oh and a 3 year old girl KILLED by one and 4 other kids barely surving other attacks within a 18 month period probably had something to do with it. So not going to argue pitbulls good or bad. All I know is all the thug types went elsewhere with their trained death machines. And not a dead kid since.

sucks to hear man. when i was in 3rd grade i think i was attacked by a german shepherd. i had to go to the ER and get 8 stitches. i left a ice of my leg on the floor of my friends house. than after that they still threatened me with it. sadly we had to sue because they would walk it and let it pee in poop in our yard. even after mom and dad asked for them to stop over and over. funny my bed friend that i hang with almost everyday has a 7month old GSD. that is lazy as fuck. lays down to eat.

also like i said we have never been mean to our yorkie ever! mom treats all 3 dogs like fucking grand kids lol. but it has bit me prob 5 times. i’ll be taking something from it that it should not have. like my socks or a hat, or something. i have a scar on my finger from it. i have meet 10 to 15 pits all of witch wanted to lick me like crazy!, and just let me play with them. laid my head on a few of them.

Don't go where you are thinking.

    Call the police constantly.

In another thread I explained my situation with barking neighbor dogs and asshole owners. Long story short after trying the civil and respectful approach, I eventually bought one of those bark arresters: a speaker that emits a frequency that only dogs can hear... and one that shuts them up real quick.

I mounted it on a tree, above the fence line, aimed right at their house. Solved the problem in no time.

I had a neighbor dog that did the same thing. But it was tied up at a dog house far back from the neighbors house.

I bought one of the Sonic Dog Bark Off things.. Made a habit to take it out back with me and when he started barking I pointed my finger at him and pushed the button and held it for a minute. Immediately I saw he didn't like it. Each time I would point and hold the button, when he stopped barking I stopped. After a few days all I had to do was point at him and he would stop. After about 2 weeks or so I could go in my back yard, he would come out of his house/notice (me or anyone I had over) was outside and he might bark once or twice but then he would stop if he barked at us at all (In other words no worse than a normal dog).

On the other hand my other neighbors dog (free roaming) would come outside to my yard to crap AND PISS ON MY TRUCK. The Sonic/Airsoft gun/rock barrage I threw at him didn't deter him. One morning I was gonna try to scare the little shit.. Rolled down the dead end road "popped it in Neutral" and revved the engine while I was driving straight toward him... More like "Popped it in 4th gear" because I normally gear down to 3rd going down the hill. I used to work THIRD SHIFT and I had just got off work (No animal cruelty here..) Though it did take almost running the stupid thing over for it to stop. From then on he crossed the street and walked past my house and then crossed back :)

I say go hang outside in your front yard for several hours and ignore the barking dogs. Do it until it drives the owners crazy. Then start doing it in the middle of the night when they are asleep. I'm sure eventually they will quiet their own dogs now that their own dogs barking is inconveniencing them.

Exactly what I said, without looking it up. Dog barking that is troublesome or annoying is illegal pretty much everywhere in this country.

I was kidding about killing them with antifreeze sammiches. I'm saying that they were bred for a purpose and have a tendency to be aggressive and bite. Owners are a part of the equation and some of them are good dogs.

Idaholandho and Warhorseforever +1 for you outstanding gents. Semper Fidelis. It's douche bag owners not properly training their animals at fault, not the ANIMAL.
