    I was kinda thinking the same thing. Buy a totaled F250 and pull the axles out from under it. :burnrubber:

    Buy and old military truck. A CUCV. They come with tons (Dana 60 up front and a SRW 14 bolt in the back). Everything else is junk. Chain driven transfer case, the diesel thats in them.

    I actually have a jeep now. Imagine that.
    tons would require a bit more fab than I'm capable of at this point (renting a house with a tiny ass garage and all). those CUCV's had a 3.08 gear ratio. even though they come with detroit lockers, you gotta trash the locker when you regear.

    edit: nvm, looks like most had 4.56. Those seem like they would be the PERFECT donor axle.

    more than enough time if you ask me. i ordered my tires wed and they will be here no later than monday and that was with a delay cuz they ran out and had to get some shipped in, so see it only takes a couple days to get them! NO MORE EXCUSES!!

    No problem man just thought I throw it out there, that's about 1400 worth of tires and the km2s are pretty much new still but I think I'll keep them unless someone seriously had some 255's
