for a few months, just came off today. i came across a local TRD exhaust and thats the route im going. Its The Dual Side Exit 2.5" system with Tips for a Double Cab / Short Bed. This kit will come complete with everything it came with from MBRP. As you can see in the pictures this is still in pretty good shape. nothing is wrong with it, it just has the normal exterior wear on it any exhaust would for 3 months under a truck! I will Ship this at your cost.

    SOLD

I wish you had a video clip of it. How did it sound was it a rumble or ricey? How loud inside the cab at low and highway speeds

Would it fit on a 2012 double cab short bed?

You can check YouTube, there is a bunch of videos with this setup on Tacos. It is deffinetly one of the deeper ones. Not ricey but you get a little rasp when the pedal is too the floor, but even then its not bad. Its no V8 but in the long run i was very pleased with it.

As for fitting your truck, it came off of my Double Cab Short bed so the length is right. MBRP has these listed for 2005-2011 so i cant say for sure if it will fit but i really think it will. hopefully one of the more knowledgeable guys could chime in!

Flowmaster American Thunder Dual Outlet exhaust
    Hi,
FYI- I have a 12 DCSB with sport upgrade 18" wheel package. I just removed a flowmaster American thunder kit from mine. The tail pipes hit the springs at the rear. Flowmaster sent me to 2 exhaust shops-both said the kit was way off. The system looked good, sounded like a truck with an exhaust leak to me. I had on 500 mile when I installed the kit.
Now I'm considering the MBRP system. I want dual outlet and as near to a V8 rumble as I can get with a 6. I also want a bolt on kit that actually fits properly.
MBRP tell me it theirs should fit a 2012.
    Any suggestion anyone?
