Too bad you don't live closer. haha. I think I could do it, but I would feel better to have someone there that knows what they are doing to at least supervise the swap. haha.

Maybe I can talk Brant into coming over for some beer;)

Although I should probably go talk to him about the noise anyway, just to see if we can confirm the pinion bearing. I need to go buy some really cheap gear oil and just drop the diff I guess.

    That was easy:cheers:

I talked with Brant about an hour ago. He came up with an idea to diagnose the sound. We are going to put it on jack stands again and set the e-brake a little to simulate it pushing the weight of the truck and with an extra person there I will actually be able to crawl under it and listen to different parts. If we still don't find anything out, we will just pull the diff and see what we find. I've got my fingers crossed for pinion bearing:pray: I want those 4.88's:D

Edit: I just talked to the mechanic and he said he used all new stuff when he did it. He wants me to bring it back in for him to look at, but I will see what Brant and I come up with tomorrow.

Yep, you just have to save as the file as a .doc and it'll go right in to MS word. Hell actually i think MS word just takes the OO docs now..idk.

But yes, they are like practically the same. Bit different interfaces and such but do the same stuff.

will take getting used to but after you do you'll be fine.

and its free, so can't hurt to try :p

You just thought your pickup was dirty after Moab. haha. Your tires are going to really splatter mud up the sides of the body now.
