I installed it by myself if that says anything. Took some effort to get the bolts lined up, and I had to take it back off to cut off the factory tow loop. It took a few minutes to adjust things, and to figure out how things were supposed to go (no instructions).

All in all, I'm surprised at how easy it was. I was planning on waiting until I could bribe a few friends to come over, but said fuck it and did it today. I'm so used to doing shit by myself without help I figured it couldn't be that hard. lol And it wasn't.

Got out for some pics with some of the newer stuff...Two of these are now in my sig/avatar but thought I would throw them on. Powder coated stock wheels, CB/CB Antenna (Wilson 3' flex) and a Line-X'd rear bumper are the newest since the last set of pics. Drove up to the Denny Creek (WA) and ran into some drizzle but sunny when I got home --- of course!!

I like the way the truck is coming along. Inside - got the CB installed and a iPhone holder for the dash. I need to get some interior pics sometime - but need some light -- maybe next time I get out camping!!

Everyone's trucks are inspirational -- it really is a fun hobby and it is what you make it -- want it to be!! Happy wheelin' and thanks for looking!!!!

Swapped my chrome bumper for a black one

 

You can sort of see it on the truck here. I painted them black too because of all the salt the put on the roads up here.

 

Installed a warn m8000 into my brute force front bumper... Pictures to follow later.

 

What kind of bumper did you get?

Nice frame braces kinda over kill with the gussets but it's nice to see a company bracing their bumpers to Brute Force Fab.

Looks like you missed a bolt there... and that you have the backing plate on the wrong side... there should be two bolts in the frame and the little plate that has one hole goes on the back side. you get it positioned and tightend down with the one bolt hole that is open and have to drill trough the hole in the brace, into the frame and into the backing plate so the holes line up right.
