    When has the truth been censored here on this site? In fact, I have seen some of the LEO's I know tell me about what they did. How often do you break the law sunflower? How often do you step over the "do not cross" line? How often do you speed? Do you park illegally? Maybe use the carpool lane when you were by yourself? Have you been arrested? Have you been given a freebie by an officer? When have you been roughed up by one? If you have, were you in his way when he was trying to do HIS job? Are you just butt hurt they didn't let you into the academy?

    The truth? You have no idea how bad people treat LEO. It kills me when I'm on calls and everyone is being nice to the fireman and cussing out the LEO. They do their job and turn the other cheek. There is an extremely high standard for moral/ethical cops and they uphold it EVERYDAY. I find when people have such a strong hate for cops, it's because they are friends or family of a scum bag that got what wa coming.

    They aren't going to search at the side of the street if they suspect you in a robbery and shooting. They are going to get you out of the picture and the vehicle into a secure location for a complete search.

    No, it doesn't happen all the time, but it does happen. It has happened to a couple of friends of mine. Wrong place at the wrong time, tried to be "cool" and polite with the cops and answer all of their questions... talked themselves right into jail.
