Maxtrac Spindle Lift for 2nd Gen Prerunners

    Picked up my spindles today ... Lift will be installed tomorrow morning... Stoked to get this thing on. Hopefully the installation goes smooth. I'll post up when I finish up. Probably gonna install and oem roof rack tomorrow as well (if I decide to buy it today)

    Spindles installed! Not to hard... Pickle fork ruined the grease fitting on my tie rod... Not that big of an issue. Got a $10 tie rod puller worked flawlessly. Spindles went on with no issues, brake lines were easy after a blast of WD-40. Only problem was that I was missing 3 bolts for the abs/brake lines to mount to spindle. Zip ties fixed that.

    Well I worked by myself in the early morning, but after I got help it was much easier.... But total time was if say 6hours?...

    Yeah I don't know why I did I wasn't really thinking I was frustrated at that point working by myself... I loaded up the tie rod with some white lithium grease.. Some of the fitting is still there with grease in it... I'll replace it later it it begins to make noise... Both sides because other side has a tear too(and I didn't use the fork on the other side)

    what are you running in the front? 2" preload?


    mine are

    front 25"
    rear 23"
