That was the same with us a few years ago. They gave first time home buyers 4k to buy a house. Then, they expected the money back after a few years. I got lucky and was given 7k and didn't have to pay it back.

I am still a flying crew chief (actually, an electrician but who is counting?). But with classes starting it is hard for me to take the long trips that were worth it.
