I saw the pics and the nail did not look like a nail because it was oddly shaped. You missed it, he missed it. Honest mistake on both parts, IMO.

I have to give this kid credit for coming on here and admitting that it was him, apologizing for this and saying PUBLICLY that he will do right by you.

His grandmother is out of the country, sick and who knows if this will be the last time he even sees her???

He obviously needs the money to travel.

Have some heart, okay? From the get go he said he would pay you back and I believe that he will. If it's THAT important to you, I will send you $44 bucks - half of one tire (maybe if others will help that would be nice) if you leave this kid alone so he doesn't have to have the added stress and he can give his grandmother the focus that he needs to.

If anybody want to buy the 4 tires and help this kid you are more than welcome.
I work 13 or 15 hs a day 6 days per week to make ends meet, i don't have money to throu away.
And again, this is not so much about the money. It's about doingnthe right thing.

 

Yes he did, he told me that he had 4 almost new tires for sale. He contacted me via pm.
I understand that i made a mistake, but he as a seller has the resposabilit to stand behind the sale since he sold me a faulty product that i can't use and i can't sale, who need 3 tires?.

I am sorry that you couldn't see your mom when she passed but life situations are hard for everyone, in all kinds of aspects! This kid is trying to get the money so he is in the same boat you were. I'm hoping he doesn't have to hurt like you did when you couldn't go...

Please keep in mind that he didn't say no, he said it's going to be awhile. Granted, I know it's a bummer that you would have to wait, but life throws lemons. It's not like he asked for this to happen. Sorry having to wait is a problem. At least he didn't tell you he would not reimburse you.

You probably won't take my payment because it's the principle of the matter, am I correct? He said in front of all of us that he would pay you.

But if you need it now, my offer still stands to give you $44, (sorry,that's all I can afford right now) and nobody has to pay me back. Consider it a gift to you and to the kid.
