Working on organizing either an overnight Anza run (Fish Creek/Sandstone Canyon) or a local day trip to Wildomar OHV off Ortega Hwy.

    I'll keep you posted.

Here is the place in Anza Borrego I was talking about. Split Mountain and Fish Creek/Sandstone Canyon. Open camping, very desolate, tons of places to explore and some really cool slot canyons that are drivable. Only downside is the heat during the day, but we've had a pretty cool summer so far.

I think any non LT Tacoma will fit just fine...the walls aren't that close, there just happens to be a single 3 foot boulder in the trail that you need to either squeeze through or climb.

Here's my LR3 going through that same spot ^^...that's the tightest spot on the trail until you hit the rockslide (rock crawlers only).

That place is sick, I'm down for camping. Looks like it's all been fished out though! I wonder when they're going to re-stock it

Can someone send these photos to a moderator so we can finally get an orange county sticky thread. I think these prove we have enough members :D
