Yes I am well aware of the time zone, I lived on the east coast for 39 years and 4 months here.

 

You will need a lot of mass moving in unison to get Earth to camber off its axis, like a full pacific plate shift.

Massive earthquake that moves a big ass tectonic plate should do the trick.

You should never doubt the power of A-Trac and a functional skewp!

 

What about just getting all morbidly obese people in one place? Wouldn't that be enough mass to make humanity capable of making this happen while saving gas and tire wear?

 

They are all in one place, they're all in the US...

 

Perhaps if we throw all of the obese in a big big bag, take them out into space and set them in a collision course with earth the impact might shift the Earths axis.
