    You should be tying into the fuse block, not loading up the battery. Then again, I don't know what the wiring looks like on your truck.

    Anybody have the crimping tool for CB coax cable or know someone I can go to to get a new end on the cable? I dont want to redo the cable if I dont have to or buy the tool if someone has. Some a-hole seem to want my $40 CB and yanked it out, he cant even use it cause he yanked out the power & ground inside the unit, HEHE!
    He didnt see my $400 GPS cause it had fallen from the suction cup & was hangin down & he came in on the pass. side, YEAH!

    I have a tv cable crimper tool, in storage, just not sure that it would work.
    59 is tv cable, right? I think CB coax is similar. Not sure ends crimp the same. Maybe it doesnt matter?

    TV cable can be 6, 59 or mini... It all depends on where it's run at. The standard is generally 6. Post a pic and I can tell you what it is, or at least what it's not.
