    I take the 91...
    but i did a mapquest and you can take the 5 as well...
    (these direction are From Buena park)

    Merge onto I-5 S toward SAN DIEGO.
    Merge onto CA-22 E via EXIT 107A toward ORANGE.
    Merge onto CA-55 N via the exit on the LEFT toward RIVERSIDE.
    Take the CHAPMAN AVE EAST exit, EXIT 14A.
    Merge onto E CHAPMAN AVE.
    E CHAPMAN AVE becomes E SANTIAGO CANYON RD.
    Turn LEFT onto SILVERADO CANYON RD.
    End at 28271 Silverado Canyon Rd Silverado, CA 92676

    from the 91, you would get off on Imperial hwy, make a left and keep going till you hit E. Chapman Ave. Turn left on Chapman (Chapman eventually becomes Santiago Canyon Road...The next step is to make a left on Silverado Canyon Road... Follow santiago canyon road to the end and it will lead you to the tails where it become Maple Springs Road...

    whoa... that took a while to write! :D

    comming from that way you would take the 91 to the 55 south and exit chapman, then make a left then go a few miles then make a left on silverado, not that far.

    i want to get out next weekend if anybody want to go, anywhere, does not have to be silverado.

    We can hit the Holy Jims trail next weekend if you like...It's definitely not a long trail though...
