    I'm cutting them out tomorrow and I'm building a few jigs to speed up the fabrication and I need to wait for the toggle clamps I ordered so about the end of the week for the bare metal ones.

    The specs for the slots are .500" X 1.705" so i think they are plenty i don't think KC is using more then a 1/2" mounting bolt.

    Yes sir they are all SS socket head replacement hardware.
