    Hey everyone, my wife is due to have our daughter June 29rh and I wanted to get a nice bottle of champagne to toast it. Not a $10 bottle of Asti or sparkling wine, but actual champagne. Any suggestions or favorites?

    champagne? as in "from france".?

    i dont really like it. i do however like Proseco..sparkling wine from italy. it is a tad sweeter, and is much easier to drink for me. great to cook with too!

    i cant help with the french stuff..sorry.

    congrats on the upcoming kid!

    Dom Perignon. I'm sure there are others out there but this one is pretty popular, expensive, tastes pretty good and should be easy to find.

    I agree though that the sparkline wines can be better.

    you can usually buy right in publix.... at least the first 3 I mentioned. I would stick to those unless you just wanna throw cash around and be a baller lol
