Almost done with surgery on the drivers side:

I am a little dissapointed too, the upper uniball is maxed out (contacting the misalign) before my bump stops are completely compressed. For now I will run higher pressure in them, but should probably get a sleeve to space it down ever so slightly from the mounting can (3/16").

Also got my speed sensor kit made up and ready to install, got the right gear from Toyota as well to get is "close"...no more GPS speedo :woot:

It's hard to see but I am looking out my driver window at my front fender. This is how most of the hard trails are.

This is how you drive 75% of the time. (My buddies 93' D60 SAS truck)

Damn jeeps! Note, that rear driver tire is 3 feet off the ground

Yep I have no problems getting my aftermarket ones to pop out, but the OEM's just dont budge. I am using 1 1/4" sch 40 so it hits right on the inner "star" and hitting a piece of 5/8" plate on my sidewalk, and from the looks of it ALOT harder than you are too. I am talking full overhead all the way to the ground slams and that damn clip wont let go. I have heard of "stubborn" ones that won't seperate using thismethod, but what are the chances that I could get 6 stubborn ones, right? The only thing I have succeeded in doing is bruising the shit out of my hand.

So it looks like you got urself a spare then, huh?

Started remounting everything on the passenger wheelwell...started by scavenging the ABS pump bracket from the old wheellwell:

    2012-06-09091113_49a24073fd69ee8f3646a4adde329f2f11cf7638.jpg

Welded it in the old spot weld locations:

    2012-06-09091945_b0e148f9bc231b9caa65368a3bd9945c0d4bbc9d.jpg

    All mounted up:

    2012-06-09092850_6e93ceee3dd1a80ed92461508758a28a2d477470.jpg

Then moved on to the PS reservoir...hacked up the old bracket and welded it in place:

    2012-06-09150538_238b9b586a93cdeab6b5e629d18c669bc8fc77c4.jpg

Finally started on the battery relocation a bit...got the distribution block mounted up and wired...sans the 0 gauge that will run front to back...I am using a (1) 0 gauge to (4) 4 ga audio distribution block I picked up:
