Pretty F'n fast. Not anything postable, but not as fast as I have been in other cars or on my bikes. Bikes are still faster, but damn that thing is quick. And I drive very fast cars regularly

Swerved to missed a deer at the last second on the freeway this morning when it appeared in my headlights! Close call got my heart pumping. Maybe they need to tell the deer to use the new million dollar deer undercrossing further down the highway.

That deer must have missed the 2nd day of training on how to use the under crossing, u should recommend a remedial class...

Maybe they need to dump more money into it. $1.6 million is being cheap.

Yep. Whether it be at the State level, county, or even school district, there is no shortage of money. They just misspend it. Seen it happen at all levels.

That's OK. They just funded some study to find out why deer cross the highway down this way too. The number was in in the millions. The person doing to study said "I want my daughter to not have to experience the trauma of hitting a deer". Right, we'll just wrap her up in state provided bubble wrap and feed her state provided meals then..birth through death, the state will take care of her.

I should have apologized in advance for my sarcasm.

The several year study that got this one tunnel in also had about 6 more on the list. A friend posted this morning that a deer was hit on the freeway within 100 feet of the new deer tunnel. Already the $1.6 million tunnel failed less than a month after completion.

With good reason: we pay well. My wife knew someone last year who lost her job and so did her husband. Wasn't well paying jobs. They got enough welfare to get paid to go to school and got paid mileage too. They were so well off that they even flew to Florida and went to Disney World on vacation. Then they bought a dog, etc. Asked why not look for a job? Didn't feel like it because they were tired of working.
