I just ordered a set of Dakar leafs for the rear.

Does anybody know the Toyota factory part # of the bushing that does not come with springs? I have read it is a bitch to remove the stock bushing for reuse.

    Thx

Interior Light Mod, Fog light Mod, Hella Supertones, WeatherTech digital floormats, TRD front tow hook, trimmed front mud flaps, Demello Bolt-on hybrid sliders. Rigid SR-10 hyperspot in the hood scoop, Baja Deisgns Squadron Pros, 30” Baja Designs ONX6+
Just need 4. The front bushings are already installed. 2 per leaf needed. 3lb sledge hammer and some blocks of wood can get the job done. Just tap them in evenly.

I just installed a toytec ultimate lift with the ome dakar leafs this weekend and the bushings came with the kit. I ordered through wheelers. Are they not standard issue if u order just the leaf pack?

Wheelers offers poly front bushings , generally the Dakars come without rear bushings

You only need 4 , they ALL come with the front bushing installed

I know , the ARB / OME specs say 8 bushings required for some reason even though they supply 4 of them , I ended up with 4 spares when I did mine :)

You can use the other 4 on your shackles if they are worn.

I used a light smear of grease, put a piece of wood on top and I tapped them into my springs with a hammer. Took me 5 minutes to do both springs.
