Fuhr was good, but he played again with the most Iconic and well known named players ever to play in the NHL, he played on what I would call the best NHL team ever assembled

As much I hate the Oilers, they I think the team from 83 to 90 will go down as the best built team in NHL history

 

I have to agree, after this long season, retire, who cares if you lost the SCF retire before your team falls apart at the seams

 

The guy is loving life. His wife is dealing with the kids all year. he's divorsed so doesnt have to deal with her BS. He hangs out with the guys all season, traveling, working out, living healthy. On top of it all, he's being paid for it. Youre gonna have to pry him off this team.

He is still good enough to be mediocre. If it were me I would be a bit selfish and stay as long as i could too. just love the game that much.

Life was never the same since i graduated college and ended contact hockey and practices. beer leagues just frustrate me. kind of sucks to give up something you've been ddoing since you've been 5 years old. imagine what it is like for NHLers, where that's mostly all they know.

 

move to canada, we have Beer leagues that are more competitive than college hockey! its crazy talk but its true

ive had more people at my rec hockey than regular attendance a NAIT Ooks game before

 

Hard to dispute. He was a great player as well.
