Mid travel will be the way i would go if i had 4x4. ext. travel icons with uniball UCA's.
I will eventually add that setup to my rig too

the camburg spindles stick out the front 3/4" on each side and the wheel backspacing and 295 tires gives me the wider stance.

How it sit will work perfectly. the tire is sitting snug on the rear bar and the cable will keep it from ever bouncing away while mobbing dez.
I also bought extra special machined bolts for the bed rail to hold it steady.

the tire is hitting the rear bar. I have to really pry it just to put the bar underneath since i dont have the upper body like you do ;).
I'll probably strap it down when off roading to keep it from jiggling, but i dont think ill bolt it on

I moved the LED bar to the front since its WAY to bright to use as a dust lamp. so now i have the LED, HIDs in hellas and stock in the headlights.

I ordered some Amber strobe lights to use for the rear

I've been spending a couple buck lately. I installed 2.0 Fox Piggybacks and added a custom shock extender to get full articulation of the springs. Now i need a larger bumpstops since it looks like my leafs go to negitive arch at full flex

They're for my uncles 4runner. got them new for $100 a pop at Sams club with the road hazard warranty. I would have gotten them for myself but they're for a 16" rim

I removed the fox shocks and went back to extended Billie 5100's. the comp/ext numbers it had were not working with my setup. The Daystars are working great though.

I got the fab bug last night and designed a useful product that i think might catch on. I call it a light tower. It allows me to use my rear LED as a bed light/ dust lamp as before but now it has a telescoping rotating rod that also makes it into a work light/ campsite light.

    Extended
    [IMG]

    Collapsed

The light bar angle can be adjusted and a set screw is what keeps it in its desired position.

I want to know what you guys suggest I do for my next problem.

I've been having a clunk noise in my front end. I'm pretty sure I have a seized LCA bolt because I have a bent tab and couldn't remove the bolt a while back. I have came up with three options to go with after I cut off the seized bolt.
I can replace the LCA with an used set with 75k miles and a new cam bolt (cheapest option, about $300)
I can refurbish the used LCA with fresh Moog ball joints and Poly bushings (additional ~$200 in parts + labor to install items.... ~$600 overall)
The third option will be to save a little and wait for the LSK stock length uniball lowers. I'll be looking at about ~$1,200.

Should i invest in the TC Cam gussets while everything is apart, its only $85 more.

I've been saving money for a regear but this takes priority as dependability and reliably is essential for my DD. I'll also go to sierra expeditions to see what they think and will quote me to do the install.
