Anyone in the west valley?

Had a good time yesterday with Steve and Jason hitting up that quarry on the West side, breaking in Steve's new suspension, and putting some AZ pinstriping on that new 2012. Here are some pics. Sorry we didn't get more, but we were too busy hitting the hills and trails and not stopping for any action pictures.

Had a good time! Till the Peoria PD showed up, perfect timing on the escape by the way. Nice playground area out there too.

And yeah, the pinstriping is pretty deep in some places. Oh well, it's a Tacoma. It'll buff out.

Sorry I brain farted on the day we were going out for anyone who went Saturday. Won't happen again. Stay tuned for more west side run's.

 

We may be doing a run on Wednesday if all goes as planned with Nick's uca install

 

I can try but school is eating up all my after work time and have family from out of state till Sunday.

Any of you West-siders know of a decent paint shop that can repaint my roof? OR at least who to stay away from?

That quarry looks kinda cool... dunno that I'd personally wanna wheel in one though, usually full of toxic residue from mining operations

 

The guy I use is in Tempe and he has done some small parts for me before and is painting a Tacoma flair for my son's prerunner right now.
Thay are in Tempe and do good work.
PM me and I can give you their number if you don't mind the drive.
I cannot tell you what kind of price but they do good work

Uhh... there were no mining operations going on in Vistancia. It's full of landscaping rock and sand. Guess they just abandoned it after the people started moving into the subdivision. That whole area is landscapped with this stuff.

 

Ah, well then if that's all it was, then let the good times roll!

But seriously some of the mines out here have used some nasty ass stuff, which is why I'd be hesitant to enter them typically.

 

We did find a few that were filled in, but nothing special around that area.
