Sounds familiar. We had a similar issue back in Astoria with Elk hanging out on the airport. They built a huge fence and cattle guards to keep them out. Only problem was when they sealed the fence... the elk were inside. A month later a Learjet hit one at V1 rolling down the runway....ball of flames off the end into the swamp. Multimillion dollar jet along with even more expensive military countermeasures equipment onboard. Good times. I got to demo the bird :)

I had a deer go between the car in front of me and my car about a month ago. The rear legs just cleared my front end, and all my cars are lowered... I almost had Bambi through the windshield. Just glad the brakes were upgraded too! It's retarded what Cali spends its money on

Its not about common sense and logical thinking, it is about what "feels" good. Like many here, I have earned everything I have thru hard, honest work. It is as if they punish the good and reward the bad.:facepalm:

    Yup.

Gov't has (for the most part) continued spending like the money is still rolling in and now that they are starting to realize the money isn't there, it's panicking and asking for more through taxes and threatening to cut vital services instead of the unnecessary stuff (like consolidating the 10+ "transportation authorities" in the SF Bay Area)

Woooot. The King coilovers and rear shocks I ordered will be here Friday! Only problem is they will be sitting next to my front bumper for a while :( Still need to buy some UCA's, leaf springs and a new set of tires and wheels.

Just don't play around up top. There was another death in April from someone slipping on the rocks up top and falling in.
