I'll be out and about with the flatbed. If you see it, honk and wave. I have "errands to do".

Just begining, doing some research having some fun!!
Live in Frankfort near Bangor & the coast. I got my 2010 SR5 TRD from Central Maine Motors after calling around for a better price then Downeast Toyota would come up with for exactly what I wanted. I was very pleased with the process with them. I got a great price from an out of state dealership & they were willing to match it. It goes for it's first service soon so I'm taking it there.

Hey Patrick! You're up by Winterport, right? I used to go to a little dragstrip up that way some 25+ years ago. Wonder if its still around. Glad you good a good deal, you're gonna just get more pleased with that truck as the months go by.

    Later. Murph

Thats dragstrip is active now and has been for a while. I don't know who runs it but they have 1/4 or 1/8 mile drags on weekends. We hear them on Sunday mornings. It's the old airport on route 139. Have a good one. Pat

Thanks! Lately it's looking a little tired, as I lost yet another center cap, but other than that I've been really happy with it :)

got mine at berlin, too. I leased it though. 279/mo for a sr5 DC v6 4x4 was a steal, i thought. We'll see where we are in a few years when its up. I am hoping for a new more powerful and fuel efficient DI engine :p

I bought mine at Berlin but any work that needs to be done, is done at Prime in Saco. Simply because Berlin couldn't be bothered with doing the suspension lift.Did you find out that 279/mo was not a steal?Asking because I have never leased and don't know much about leasing.

No i still think it is. The truck hardly depreciates so you can get good rates. Would been another 100-150/mo to buy it. I dont drive that much and i getbored after a few years. Only bad part is Maine excise tax on a new car blows. Taxation Land, as they say. Leasing a chrysler product would be poor because youre gona pay for a lot more depreciation.

Plus you get to use any equity you have in it towards your next lease. For example, the buyout is 18,7 on mine. Show me a tacoma thats three years old with 36-40k worth much less than 25... So ill have a few grand to play with.

LOL, I hear ya on Taxation land and Getting Bored after a few years. Before I got the Tacoma I had three Titans an 06,08 and a 2010. I see what you mean about the lease thing. It is a good deal if the mileage is low, and I would assume no damages.I guess I have shyed away from leasing because, I have heard people complain about being charged for scratches, dings, etc. and going over the miles. With my luck after the first year it would look like it had been through a demolition derby, and have 100,000 on it.

Thanks - my wife bought me the N-Fab bar last year for Christmas :D

No plans to lift - she'll sit that height until she's no longer my daily driver (or until she becomes someone else's.)

Tell you what - buy my truck (listed in buy/sell/trade) and I'll buy you a brand new one!

Will keep my ears out down here in Portland, though.
