Hahaha, Im thinking my first order of business is to ditch my wheels and go for some new tires, but with that would I be better of going for a 1 inch lift or some sliders and skids

I love my new truck but miss my Tacoma
Lift and tires. You can get a set of billys and a AAL, that is probably the cheapest way to lift the truck and it rides firm but good. Next is tires, depending on the lift and how much you want to spend. This gets the truck up and away from obstacles, then start to worry about armor.

Lift will get you undercarriage farther away from things under the truck. Bigger tires will give you more clearance. Skids will allow you to run on stuff under the truck. It all depends on how hardcore you want to go. Most of us are not running skids right now, but have plans for them in the very near future. I started with a lift and tires then sliders and a plate bumper with winch. What tires do you currently have?

My budget consists of mods and gas. My girlfriend isn't even in my equation, my truck always takes priority.

I'd start with a 2" lift so you can fit even bigger tires! :D

    Hey Wes
    How have you been ?
I'd start with lift and tires . 5100's are adjustable from 0- .85- 1.75 - 2.5 " of lif and a aal . Tires are up to you . That lift would run around 350 I think .
I'd worry about the armor down the road . As you get into it more .

I got them for free, just paid shipping :D

I gave the girl $50 plus shipping cause it was still a good deal for me but she just wanted shipping covered. It's the complete mirror housing, motor and mirror with wiring. How'd I do?

If you happen to come across some Superwhite color matched door handles you'll have my full attention though.

x3... I'm 28 now and cant believe how dumb I was when I was 18 ( no offense), 10 years is a long time.

I am sure I will say the same thing in 10 more years.

26 was a very good and very bad year at the same time, I guess I still had some growing up to do
