Here's a random picture of me during my dirty bulk a few months ago. I got bigger, but lost a lot of definition since I was eating like shit. Going a different direction now, and really focusing on eating healthy and doing more reps. I've gotten stronger, and haven't lost too much size. I'm 5'9" 160lbs - was about 167lbs in this pic. Anyone have any good tips for chest? I bench often, but do not see much progress in my chest, more so in my tris. How should my grip be to get more from my chest?

Use dumbells (spelling?) on heavy lifting days

Concentrate on incline bench for size

    Flat bench for width

    Decline for definition

Do 3 heavy sets then burn out with lighter weight 25 reps

Why did u train chest and tris? Technically chest is a compound movement so ur working tris too....
Why not chest and biceps? Tris/shoulders?

Hit the chest from all angles...flys for added thickness. Dumbbells, barbells. Pec deck, smith, push ups etc. really focus on contracting the muscle

Thanks for the advice! I train chest and tris on the same day for that very reason - I can do a bunch of lifts that hit both. I usually do flat bench with the bar, dumbell press, dumbell flies, dips, and skull crushers. End up mostly feeling it in my tris though. I think i will put more emphasis on the flies and dumbell presses and see what kind of difference that makes. I workout at home so I am somewhat limited, but I have most things I need for a nice basic workout.

Yeah, I'm thinking of picking up a Coleman plug-in cooler. Or maybe it's a good excuse to buy an $$$$ARB fridge/freezer$$$$

    Cool. Thanks.
