It was built by a local fab guy. it was cool but wasnt too happy with it. its really not that much depending on DOM or Mild Steel and how intricate you do it. Then again if you go with SDHQ it will obviously cost alot more than a smaller shop.
I got my new cage/tire carrier done like a full bedcage/TT style and im loving it!

Nice, I'm sure SDHQ or even Brandon at Avid could make you a nice dual tire carrier/bumper but on short beds it will take up alot of your bed space unless you make it stick out ridiculously far lol
This is super nice! Its basically what i had before my cage. I also added bedside supports to mine.

i would fill in the sides so i could use what space i have as a bed, plus i want a poly performance baja basket. the only time i use my bed as a bed is when i go camping.

Check out Eric's crusty old dusty build, Brandon built his rear tire carrier/bumper similar to the SDHQ one posted

do you guys think that that style of tire carrier will be bad for when i of go crawling? well I've only hit the stock hitch once, and i guess hitting steel tubing/rubber tire wouldn't really hurt me.

yeah Brandon could tailor it to my needs, id honestly buy the steel myself and do the bending and cutting myself and just have a buddy weld it. then have it powder coated then install baby!
