    Force yourself, after a few weeks and plenty of heavy leg workouts the testosterone will make you crave the gym, especially if you are making gains.

    Nothing worth having is ever easy. Results for me are motivation enough. You choose your own destiny, that's all there is too it.
    I work F/T, have a family, friends etc. really man a one hour workout is 4% of your day

    I hate the feeling the next few days after, but the pain hurts so good when you're doing it. Back and legs are easy to fuck up though....don't wanna squat wrong and pull some shit or blow a knee.

    This is an easy plan to get in to and every week you will be adding more weight and getting stronger. It is free. There is also a free App to track your workouts.

    You can also sign up for the Inner Circle and get support from other members. I did the work out for a few weeks before I signed up. On the site people post form videos, that way you can make sure you are doing the exercises correctly.

    Also the site Founder posts explanation videos, pod-casts and blogs, that really help.


    Side note:
    SL5x5 has you doing squats 3 times a week. I never felt sore doing squats this much, especially doing them with correct form.

    I tried 10x10 yesterday. Holy $hit. Squats, leg press, barbell lungess, and donkey calf raises. Muscles are definitely confused.

    alright so me and my podna were working out the other day and we got into this debate and i want to know what you guys say on the subject:
    we were on chest workouts and he says that dumbbell press is a better workout than bench press because it will get you "bigger" he says but i think that bench press will get you bigger faster than dumbell press will....i say dumbell press is more for getting a more ripped/tone chest. what do you guys think on the subject?

    Have you gotten noticeable results from the 5x5 workout? I'm contemplating trying it out, but I'm skeptical.

    Also, whats the difference between the Strong Lifts 5x5 and Marc Ripptoes ?? Starting strength??
