I was looking at the JVC kw-hdr720 today and I liked the clean simple look of it, and the price, but I figured I'd ask if anyone knows anything bad about it before I go buy it. here's a link

Too many to list. See build page. Link in signature
price seems pretty high for a jcv. I dont have anything bad to say about JVC, they just make very simple entry level products and EQ settings are basic. A $200 single din will give you more features and sound better than this. If you like double din size, check out Pioneer. They have some great basic touch screen that will still be fairly close to your price range.

We have a 7-something double in wifes crack trac w/focal speakers, sounds fantastic. Theres an 8-something double in the Tacoma w/stock spkrs and it makes them sound great. However, it has the blue tooth hands free that has worked a total of three times. Don't know why, but three times now my wife has called and it all of a sudden answers, kinda sucks. I figure I'll get around to asking Crutchfield about it. The HU is very nice. I recommend it.

Around $26,000 worth of unleaded in the fuel tank.
For less money you can get a Pioneer AVH-P1400DVD. It has 3 sets of RCA outputs instead of 2, touchscreen, plays many media formats, has inputs for rear camera, nav system etc.

Yeah, the Pioneer has bluetooth and DVD, not just CD. It is like $150 on ebay, the JVC is $175.

I love my JVC KD X40. It's a relatively entry level single din, but it sounds great, looks good, and works perfectly with my iPod.

I have a JVC single din... I wanna say it's like KDR-X200? Don't know if that's an actual model or I just made it up. I got it for like $60 at best buy back when my buddy worked there and got it for me on the cheap. I only chose it cause this was back when the front Aux ports were rare and this guy had it. It has served me well so far and I like it.

I've got a JVC KD-R300 in my Tacoma. I've had it in there for about 3 years now and it works great. I honestly think it's the only reason my cheap walmart speakers work so well haha
