    I gained strength mostly, size is hard to come by for me. And it is more of a strength building routine.

    Not sure what the difference is, I haven't looked into Mark's stuff that much.

    If you're stuck in a rut, try a 5x5 routine. Its proven, nothing to be skeptical about. Find the SL5x5 plan and follow it, then do a 10x10 low rest time workout. Shock your body.

    do some yes nd no's. lay on the floor, on your back. bring your chin to your chest with a helmet on. When i had soldiers that where lacking in pt, i made them gain neck size in order to pass a month notice tape. (they were new)

    Hahah. I had to do this in basic training in order to graduate. Every so oftern i would put the palm of my hand above my ear and push my head against my hand. Then switch to the other side.....

    That's along the same lines as putting a plate on your forehead while laying on a bench. I never thought of a helmet.... :thumbsup:

    my friend that fight's MMA used one of those. He say's that a strong neck helps him get out of or maneuver into different submission holds. I don't really bother working my neck though, then again I'm not a pro athlete.

    Hit the chest hard today, 5x5 on lateral and incline bench, 5x5 on the lateral iso, and 10x3 on the incline iso. Trying to get my damn chest to grow!

    I usually feel like my tri's and shoulder's get more of a workout than my chest does when I do my chest days....
