Never had any rubbing on my front bumper until yesterday randomly. What's that mean for me? How would the tire move forwards?

Trimming that section was the first thing I did when I got my 33x12.50s. Caster, wheel spacers, and as mentioned above, coils sagging may have something to do with it.

Did you hit or push something with your bumper that could have moved it back into the tire?

Sagging suspension has nothing to do with rubbing. You will still have the same exact wheel motion unless you change the bump stops.

Everyone thinks lifts help you not rub...that's not the case at all. your wheel still has the same exact motion...

A new shock may help it not rub as much, but if you hit a bump hard enough it's all the same.

My money is on your caster being pushed from what it was or your wheeling harder then before and the issue was always present...just hadn't happened yet

Here's the best fix/MOD for lower valance issue for years '99-'00 (possibly '98 too)

Get a front bumper off '01-'04 , the bottom valance unscrews from the bumper, & it bolts right up too !!....
