    Yes, they have methods for removing broken lg nuts, there are special tools for it, or you could go shade tree style and hammer a deep socket on there and get it off that way, when i cant find the removal kit in our shop thats what i do.

    Some stuff. Not a lot, just some.
    Pre-runner, easy. Remove the break line, take the spindle off (tire and all), flip it over, grind the back of the stud off, drive the rest through the wheel.

    Should work...or is the rotor in the way?

    Drill it out, put a hub cap over it and when the customer complains, claim it was that way when it came in.

    What's worse than that? When it happens to a spark plug.

    Happened to me once.
    Fortunately it was a lawn mower so it wasn't a major ordeal to pull the head.

    You can NOT use a tapered "easy out" to remove what's left of a broken spark plug... the tapered tool stretches the steel and it expands, locking in solid. If it comes out, it brings the threads with it.

    I tapped it, ran a bolt through and cranked it out from the chamber side, but they do make extractors that are not tapered. That's the only way to go on a vehicle's engine.
