    The SAS really is not bad at all on the 2nd gen trucks (1st gen 4runners) just a lot of grinding smooth. It helps if you have a torch to cut.

    is that the SAC'd and linked taco that the DB Jordan used to own? didn't they have to move the axle forward several inches to have proper link geometry? so no wonder the tires were rubbing!! :facepalm:

    Depends on which truck you have. Mine did great on my '05 but the truck was just too heavy for those little Wilwoods. I went with the huge 1 ton f350 front disks now and the '05 Toyota master should handle those with no problem.

    I have ARB's in both of my diffs and love them. I wouldn't have any other type.

    you can also go for the TrailGear version for cheaper but it's a gamble if the system will leak or not..seems like its hit or miss with the TG for leaks.

    I am thinking the 12" heatsink double pass cooler... Not sure how it will fit in the engine bay but... I posted a thread on TTORA to see... Also I will be ordering the performance pump kit for my engine.
