You guys out of Bragg you fly over my house all the time. I live just south of Fuquay Varina and we get lines of C17's and C130's buzzing the tree tops all the time, I love it.

    Thanks for all you do!

5 static line in military, 4800 ff jumps...that's 64 hrs of freefall. Highest jump was 24,000 ft and lowest was 500 ft(emergency bailout). Largest canopy was 274 sq ft and smallest was 69 sq ft. Didn't have a favorite jump, loved each and every one of them...BSBD

Non jumper here, but I tried. 819th REDHORSE squadron, USAF in Malmstrom AFB Great Falls Montana. I couldn't cut the PT requirements. No matter how hard I tried, I couldn't get to the minimum. I was almost sent to the down town ER I had pushed so hard. My heart rate was 220 and I passed out. No matter how big your heart is, you're not cut out to do everything. Man I wanted it so bad.

No jump wings, always wished I could have gone.

Good ole FOB Kalsu. I was there 04-05. Funny thing is they were talking about closing it after we left in 05. When we were back in country in 11 for the drawdown it was one of the last bases open. "Redleg Redleg Redleg"!!

Getting my Airborne training started towards the end of September TDY and return, and then I PCS to begin the Q.

Can't fuggin' wait and I keep dreaming that I will hit the jackpot and end up on a HALO team. Only time will tell, and I have a lot of school ahead of me before that will even happen. :D

Any of you fell sky troopers have a suggestion for a helmet cam to jump with. I want to start recording my jumps.

2/319th AFAR here. Got out after jump injury. Don't remember how many jumps I made. Never mattered to me as long as I was getting jump pay though. Were you a Bravo or Foxtrot? I was a Foxtrot.... No Level the bubble and pull the lanyard for me.

FiST all the way! Just remember...... Lean forward in the foxhole men. Lean forward in the foxhole.

    All The Way.

Obviously you do not know much about the Air Force aircraft. There is a reason they put a chute on you when you load the plane.

Just remember this part. If big BRASS asks you what is the first thing you do after you hit the ground and pull a canopy release? Their answer is to put your weapon into operation. Every Paratrooper knows though that the first thing you do is release a leg strap roll over and piss.

Five points of contact? BS... It is called Feet, A$$, Head.

    Airborne.

Reminds me of my PLDC jump from the 60. That as some fun sh1t right there. Was even better showing up on the DZ while the legs waited for us then off to the Land Nav course. FiST always wins that course! Like a BOSS!
