I think I'll try it, but I have:
    0" lift
    No sliders
    265/70/16s
    Limited slip diff

A little different story, but I think I'll be okay. Is ascending or descending usually tougher?

Downhill in the snow on narrow paths with boulders suck. You'll be okay. Bring recovery gear, food, water, and FRS radios If u guys dont have CB's. Dont travel alone whatever u do man.

Ffemt, do you have radios? And forgive my lack of knowledge, but what constitutes recovery gear?

Nevermind, I'm looking around at lists of this stuff. I don't really have much of that stuff, but we'll see what I can come up with.

    I'd still like to go!

Of course my buddy suggested Left Hand, but I'd like to go up with at least one other rig - so ffemt, if you're doing Bill Moore I'm down!!

I don't have a CB or any radio :)anon:) so that's always fun. I need to get that done :smash:

Ha ha. I have a winch now and we all know you just take the high side of that rock.

For Bill Moore you will be fine. Stock friendly trail.

Ran into some guys in FJ's but they flew through the trail. But, I got to test out the new skid.

Was a great time! Finally got to use my new rear suspension setup off-road - it did great! My girlfriend got lots of pictures, which I will be posting shortly. I'll obviously remove license plates, but is it OK if I use the side-by-side shots on a website of our trucks on that poser rock? It's a really great comparison .

ILuvtheMountains - you did great man! Had a few hairy moments, but calm careful driving got you through it. Only needed spotting in a few places :D.

I guess I'll throw up other random pics here? I need to post all these flexy pics as well :headbang:

Edit - here be the pics! Click on any of 'em to get a bigger version.

Of course, some shameless flex pics... comparing the before & after a shackle flip... :spy:

    @ffemt2987 and arrrgghhh:

I had am awesome time, really glad I got to get out and do something intense (for me anyway). You guys were great up there, thanks for spotting me. I w old never have got back unscathed without you. Sometimes I felt bad, you guys having to get out to watch me, but I am grateful.
You guys' trucks look awesome and did great. Scott, your truck looked awesome going up and down those whoopdeedoos where I got stopped on the way up. Austin, thanks for going the wrong way back and making us have at least one serious obstacle ;)
I have some great video, but I will have to start a you tube account to show them on here. Unfortunately I have no video of you Austin because you were ahead of us.

Anyway, I had fun, the snow is basically gone, and my truck has seen the trail. Good day guys!
